CARIBBEAN CRUISE

In mid-January I enjoyed my first leisure cruise,

thanks to Mom and Dad who invited

my sister Karen, Aunt Betty, and myself.

We boarded the Galaxy in San Juan, Puerto Rico,

and followed the "deep Caribbean" route.

We visited hot springs in St. Lucia,

went for a submarine ride in Barbados, saw topless bathers and

Mt. Pelee volcano in Martinique,

and a fun 4-wheel drive adventure in Antigua.

The food and entertainment on board were both excellent and endless!

Returning to Puerto Rico after the final stop in St. Thomas, we visited the famous radio-astronomy observatory at Arecibo, followed by a few days on the beach.
